Development programme grantees share their new tools, ways of working and user research approaches

We spoke to grantees on the Catalyst and the National Lottery Community Fund COVID-19 Digital Response Development programme about the new digital tools, ways of working and user research approaches that they had discovered along the way. We've captured their insights, tips and recommendations in two videos:

New digital tools and ways of working

This video explores grantees' reasons for participating, what they learned, the new tools they discovered (including Medium, Miro & VideoAsk) - and the advice they'd give to others exploring digital solutions.

The role of user research in digital development

This video explores the role of user research in digital development: why it matters, what it can teach us - and how best to approach it.
