​The panel will delve into various aspects of user research, including managing assumptions, understanding bias, sourcing and recruiting participants, setting questions, putting participants at ease, involving internal teams along the journey - and using the end results to best effect.

​There will be a Q&A, plus optional networking at the end of the event.
