Catalyst workshop - Embedding online safeguarding policies in service planning and delivery

This workshop will be will be aimed at those who develop or manage services/projects within their organisation and are involved in developing safeguarding policies and procedures. Delegates will explore the following key areas:

• The core values and principles of developing and implementing online safeguarding
• Effective approaches to risk assessment of online activities
• Ensuring meaningful involvement and collaboration with those who engage

About the trainer:
Marie Gallagher has an extensive background in facilitation and project management across the early education, arts and youth work sectors. She has led on the development and implementation of safeguarding policies and procedures in all of these contexts, including digital engagement. She specialises in rights-based approaches to education and training.
